A native of Oakland, California, Vaughn Arterberry is a writer-director based in Los Angeles. He received his BFA in Cinema, Television & Emerging Media Studies from Morehouse College, and his MFA in Film & Television Production from USC School of Cinematic Arts. His feature directorial debut, "The Runway" is slated to premiere in Fall 2026.

Along with building a career as a filmmaker, Vaughn currently works in film marketing at The Walt Disney Company. He previously held roles at Focus Features, Turner Broadcasting, and the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences.
